Just thought I'd make a journal entry. It's been kinda boring lately.

Actually no. Scratch that.

I've had some issues w/ school work. Mostly homework. I'm perfectly fine in class, but the homework is the only thing that trips me up. I just don't focus on school when I'm not at school. See, I have modes; school mode, cleaning mode, eating mode, movie mode, etc. Name an activity and I have a mode for it. But I can't COMPLETELY control what mode I'm in.

Like, I may knuckle down and do some homework, but then after awhile, I'm just not in the mood, so I'll take a 30 minute break. Actually no, an hour break, I've been working hard. After an hour I decide that another 15 minutes can't hurt, and I'm in the middle of my solitaire game, anyways. Once the 3rd solitaire game is done, I'll decide that at the end of this song, I work. Oooh, but the next song is my favorite! I'll never be able to ignore that. The album is done, and then I'm hungry, so I'll go get a snack. And some soda. And then maybe after that... IT JUST GOES ON FOREVER!!!!!!

By the end of it all, it's like 9:54pm, I realize, "Oh, shit. I have 6 pages of notes due tomorrow on top of a chapter of the Odyssey, a make-up essay, late work in German class, and a Ginger bread contest after school on Wednesday, so piano practice is shot." (By the way, that is my actual homework load that's due Wednesday.)

It's just kind of annoying...
